Diffusion bonded compact heat exchangers

CompRex heat exchangers are generally more energy efficient and operate at higher pressures and higher temperatures compared to competing products. Manufacturing materials include stainless steel (316, 316H), Inconel alloys (617, 625, 740H), titanium, and copper. CompRex’s unique piercing technology, supported by the DOE, enables low cost and highly flexible 3D channel designs. Channel geometries are tailored to each specific application, which optimizes heat transfer and reduces pressure drop.
