Diffusion bonding different materials could bring new features for other applications. For example, diffusion bonded copper and titanium could be used in electronics industries or sensors. We offer such services to explore new material joints.    

Process design and simulation

We offer the service with our experienced engineers using HYSYS software to optimize process design. The simulation results can provide the direction for process optimization to get the practical P&ID flow diagram. 

Catalyst Evaluation

It is necessary to evaluate the catalyst performance in commercial type reactors, rather than lab scale test reactors, in order to scale up for commercial applications. We offer the compact heat exchanger reactor for catalyst evaluation in commercial type reactors. Since the channel size in our test reactor is the same as the commercial reactor, the mass and heat transfer will be same, so the test results are representative and can be directly used for the design in scale up.
